Important information to know before submitting a claim

Please follow the below guidelines so that we can ensure your claims process is seamless and efficient.

  • All new claims must be reported to us either via the form above or via phone (0861-999-032) or email (
  • We will facilitate the process between the insurer and yourself.
  • Once notified of the claim, we will send you the necessary claim form to complete. We will gladly provide assistance with completing the form should you require it.
  • On receipt of the completed claim form, we will register the claim.
  • Once all the documentation and information regarding the loss or damage has been processed and agreed upon, your claim will then be settled in our normal efficient manner.
